How long did you let the acrylic paint dry before using epoxy? When did you do the glitter...? Also when you sanded with 220 grit...was that by hand or with a specific sander?...please and thanks! I am in the middle of a dining table project and do t k ow what to do next hahaha!

@@katrinawilson7002 I let the paint dry for about 2 days. I poured the first coat of epoxy and let that dry for a full 24 hours. I then sanded gently by hand. Cleaned it off, then poured the second coat of epoxy, topping that off with glitter when freshly poured.

How did you get the epoxy to adhere to silicone ?? I know in acrylic pours you really have to clean the oil off really good to get resin to adhere . So I was just wondering how it held up

@@duaneadams5210 typically you’d start out with a dropper full up to 3 times a day, and work yourself up to 3 droppers full 3 times a day.

You don’t wear gloves my hands would have little bumps that come out if I did that I’m going to send you a video of my peach tree fruit this year they have stuff all over them and the tree was full this year I don’t know what to do with it and my blue berry bushes had been so good till this year just small berries instead of big blueberries this year and the bushes were half dead

This year has been rough for a lot of gardens because of the long periods of no rain. My main garden didn’t do as well this year as it has in the past 5 years or so. I’m already getting some leaf drop in my trees too!

@@gonzalezrj2010 I ended up cutting it down to make room for my orchard/garden as I’m transforming my yard into a permaculture/food Forrest type set up. BUT it’s sending off endless wisteria runners all over my yard now.. I may let one of them start trellising over a fence so it doesn’t interfere with my orchard trees. They are really beautiful!

@@giggleswyck typically folks start out with a dropper full and see how that goes. If you need more, then up to 2 droppers full, etc until you get the dose that feels right for you.

I believe you said outer bark, but it looked like you may have meant that it is the inner bark that is used?

@@cynthiacollins2668 it’s the outer dark brown part with inner side sorta green. You basically skin the limb and only use the outer parts that you shave off. Discard the “stick” after you shave off the medicinal outer part.

Could you tell me what the paint in the gallon can was? And what is the purpose of the glue? I’ve been staring at my countertop for weeks trying to decide how to do this. I already have my colors, just terrified to screw it up lol

Glue helps with sheen.. and water helps with the pour. I had some left over white paint from my house that I used as a base to mix with black paint to get a gray color. I’d suggest watching several paint pour tutorials on yt to get an idea of how different colors look together in a pour.

I found a place last year in an area called salt lick… triple k mulch. They haven’t had luck getting an answer at their number this year. I’m currently looking up Amish community businesses to try to find another source within an hour of my location. The Amish always have the hook up 😉
