Yes, unfortunately it does as with all other audio on the internet. what makes mine a little different in that aspect is that I do record in real time using youtubes compression

This is a great example the best way to experience analog music. I like how you have your tape player installed in a rack at an angle. It must make it so much easier to change reels.

I was 19 when Electric was released. That same year was released Appetite for Destruction, and it blown away any other record of that year in the mainstream. Appetite was (and is), indeed, a good record. But Electric still stands for me as the greatest record of hard rock not only of '87, but of the entire decade.... Nothing really original here, but a masterpiece in simplicity, precision and real "pull the trigger till it goes 'clik'" rock & roll against all the pomposity of those times. Thanx for sharing
