This is like a low pitched version of the "Ensnared Kiru Giru" boss theme of Metroid Zero Mission. I'm already having PTSD while not yet even started the level here in pikmin

No joke, this track has the power to alleviate my migraines. Sometimes even just vividly imagining the song with my eyes closed in a dark room is enough to help. It doesn't always work but it's the highest success rate of anything I've tried.

Pikmin 2 and 3 improve greatly on the gameplay, but Pikmin 1 just captures that feeling of wonder of being alone on a wild planet so much better than the latter two did. I really wish they would bring that back to the series.

This music is very different from everything else in the franchise. Pikmin 2 and 3 gives you this more relaxed feeling of small animals exploring a garden, but pikmin 1 puts more enphasis on the theme of survival on a wild planet.

The forest navel always was so dark and what I felt was meant to seem scary but felt like an adventure in an back country area with the music. The distant spring always creeps me out, as a child and as an adult. It is so strangely ghostly and too serene. It doesn't feel like a beautiful speing in the woods but a haunted or cursed lake
