I thought you girls were brilliant!!! I smiled all the way through. That must have taken some rehearsing and you looked like you thoroughly enjoyed yourselves. Well done!!

There are several songs I would love to tackle. Heather has such a gift with her music. It takes you on a journey. I feel that her music and dance compliment each other very well. "Medusa", "Joan" -- there's too many to list. The one song that I want to do more than anything is "The Maiden and the Selkie."

I agree with Heather. That was truly brilliant. You truly captured the essence of the songs.

Superb--As a classical ballet teacher (as well as many other forms) for 50 years, I would not normally care for this but this is a rare exception where I am intrigued by the dancer and most of the choreography. This is very well done. Technically lovely and well controlled. The dancer is quite sure of herself and what she is conveying in this piece. Her technique is right on. Absolutely lovely and perfect. Thank you.

Stiff dancing? It's called dancing to match the style. The music isn't exactly smooth, is it? I love this dance and I think it would look incredibly dumb if she danced in any way but stiff. Dancing is up to interpretation. It can be done however the dancer and choreographer wants it to be done. As long as her technique is good, which it is, she can be just as stiff as she wants to match the music.

This is so very lovely. I am a classically trained ballet dancer myself, but there is so much magic in this. It's definitely enhanced by the outside stage with the river in the background. Nonetheless, they are both beautiful and very expressive dancers.
