Thank you for the video, I’ve never flown with China air, but I have with one other China based airlines, but mainly I’ve used Japan based airlines, in business class, Half the fun of a vacation is getting there, out of SFO or LAX.

Nice very but wow that is pricey, I flown JAL business class a bit over 1.5 years ago from MCI-DFW-NRT-BKK for a bit over $2,000. The meals service from DFW-NRT was on demand back then, which I really enjoyed. Looks like they changed it, Hope the new aircraft will service from DFW to NRT or HND really soon. I feel the seats layout of the old aircraft is a little awkward for window seat to getting in and out.

I agree with you. I also flown the same route DFW- HND in early 2022. I felt the seat on 777 was a bit narrower compared to 787(I assume). Not a problem for me to get in and out, but maybe uncomfortable for a bigger person. I know their soft products are unbeatable but also really hope they will use A350 soon.

Black cod, beef, tofu and asparagus. Steam rice was elegantly wrapped in bamboo-like paper.

Very useful information for my upcoming trip. How long did you wait in the line for the security?

It took me less than 20 minutes to pass the security check point. I used the central point and there is another one nearby. They have screens showing the wait time for each check point and it is quite accurate. Hope it helps.
