Thank you! Don't worry, never give up. Study and learn different pieces and styles (especially classic ones). That might help you. Also experimenting on your behalf with different chords and keys. Trial and Error is the key.

Some parts are with swing and ragtime is usually not played with swing.

@@ianlarsen3920 I mean you can play it that way, it's not wrong, just your interpretation. But classic ragtime is originally played without swing. But jazz is. I play it with swing too, since I improvise on it.
