If I may offer one bit of advice; keep your feet flat on the ground while squatting. Even for just bodyweight you should be driving through your heels not the balls of your feet. Being on the balls of your feet is placing your knees further forward beyond your feet which greatly increases the strain on the knee joint. Everything else looks great.

I do a lot of bodyweight squats. I try to keep my heels down like you say. But sometimes I do "dynamic" squats where theres a quick movement or something along with it (like a club swing). Is it bad to do those squats on my tippy toes?

@@disctopiandiscgolf I guess so. I just did one and realized I keep my legs and feet together when I do so. No open stance. Ill do it in between other dynamic movements. Like jump lunge, toe squat, jump lunge. All done in quick succession and rhythm kind of like jumprope
