Great analysis, thank you! I have a quick question: My OKX wallet holds some USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (alarm fetch churn bridge exercise tape speak race clerk couch crater letter). How should I go about transferring them to Binance?

Wow! I'm a massage therapist who has been off work for 6 months with complicated injury and I've made the decision to go back to work letting go of the old massage approach with the intention and aim to work primarily on fascia and all that it entails. THIS was so inspiring and really enjoyable to watch to offer a boost on this new chapter in my work. Thank you ❤

I've been working on cptsd for the last 8 years, I used a combo of trauma release exercises and breath work. Lately the shaking has become more intense and I have pretty violent body movements, involuntary vocalisation and lots of tears. It's a long painful process.

Ma'am, I do think you should go back to teaching about blending fresh foods. The name of the channel is The Blender Girl and when YT shows your video, we come to your channel expecting to see videos of that nature but see videos on health teachings instead. Compare your numbers when you were teaching blending and since you switched and check the numbers to get an idea. If you are switching your niche, then change your name so those looking for blending information will not come to your channel looking for blending information. Thank you so much

😊I'm absolutely going to try it.. the bananas🍌 I don't know about... being diabetic bananas are not fun for your blood sugar... Is there some other fruit that would give this creaminess? 🎉 Thank you for teaching about smoothies

I was skeptical about this but I have to intake my greens. If it’s not lettuce I prefer to drink in. I gave it a try and it is amazing. It’s like having dessert for breakfast indeed. An amazingly awesome way to intake the kale. The ginger was magical. Only one thing; my shake was not as beautiful as the one in this video 😂 Thank you for sharing!

It depends on how big the dates are. But, on average, about 3 dates, maybe 4.

Omg the amount of people that said wash it 🤦‍♀️🤣 Yikes. Anyway, my issue is the measurement. I read the recipe and l was so excited bc you sound Australian but disappointed to find weird measurements. I'm absolutely doing this recipe bc it sounds freaking awesome but when you say a cup do you mean 200ml or 250ml?

This recipe makes two 16-ounce servings. The smoothie will keep in the fridge for up to 3 days without altering flavor. Store in a sealed container to reduce the oxidation.
