When you see those good sales on higher priced items, take enough for a loan, buy it, fix it, paint it, sell it, then immediately repay the loan.

I was looking at more of percentage per vehicle/type. I ran through the numbers for the first 4 vehicles in this video. Comparing profit before repair+repaint versus post repair+repaint, the truck saw 20.97% higher profit, the Veriofex trailer saw 51.75% higher profit, the SVL loader saw 49.93% higher profit, and the Krone swadro saw 29.62% higher profit. With the Ropa at 34:30, that one is 50.6% higher profit. Granted if you're making over $10k profit in just a few minutes, the percentage doesn't really matter. I don't have enough info to determine what would account for the highest profit percentage, vehicle type, month/time of year, etc, it is unknown. Would the trailer and loader be worth more in the later harvest months and less in the spring planting season? Do passenger vehicles always have low profit percentage? would the Krone swadro value increase in spring/summer months when demand for it would be higher?
@bddgaming983815 сағат бұрын
Hello Mike K4ISR, These are all amazing questions. My "knee jerk" reaction to them would be to say the timings don't influence the pricing but that is just a guess. With all the timing and possibilities for items that come up on the sale list it would be very hard to come up with a definitive answer without investing a large amount of time into the research. I hope you enjoyed the video and the thought behind it. I also hope you have a fantastic day and take care!

Like you I agree the forestry version of the map is the best version and it makes the first two versions redundant because having a smaller plot of land to buy is a bonus as cost less so easy to build up and there's still lots of free space even on the forestry version for farming so you don't need the first two versions, this one is a strange one for me. I want to love this map but I just don't and I do agree with you that the shop area just looks plonked in a big open space. it just doesn't feel right. I did have every intention of playing this map, but I'm gonna hold for something better. There's just something not right about this map and I can't put my finger on it. However credit to there map maker very well mad and the way it was made is amazing using Houdini.

@bddgaming98388 күн бұрын
Hello cedrik99, I think their health will go up to 100% but their effectiveness (the rate at which the animal, in this case pigs, will produce their final product.) will be stifled. As pigs final product are themselves and they are meant to put on weight and increase in value based on the weight, they will only gain at 95% efficiency rather than 100%. They will also only put out Slurry and Manure at 95% of a rate rather than 100% of a rate. I hope this all makes sense. Hope you have a fantastic day and take care!

Just looked at a couple of items to see percentage profit. the Albutt Silage Fork made a profit of 432, whilst the John Deere Cotton Harvester made a profit of 44,922. Both of these figures represent 9.08% of the price you sold them back to the dealers for. This suggests that if the big ticket items aren't appearing in the sale it is worth while to buy and sell the small items in the meantime.

@bddgaming983811 күн бұрын
Hello MidnightFire 47, Are you trying to use bales or are you trying to use loose product? In my testing the loose product worked the best in the large horse barn. If you are using bales, maybe see if a mixing wagon helps loading in the hay loose. Hope that helps. Have a fantastic day and take care!

Hello @bddgaming9838 and I'm trying to use bales and I did use the mixing wagon and it almost work but it only pour and use 1% so far. @bddgaming983811 күн бұрын
When you go into the animal menu does the horses show there is room to put the hay in? Each pen/pasture has a total capacity which is derived from all sections underneath the total capacity. So far example, the total capacity of a barn maybe 9000 L but you need to distribute that 9000 L across the oats,hay, and root crop. I hope you had a great Thanksgiving as well!
@midnightfire477811 күн бұрын
@bddgaming9838 it shows that the hay is empty. I guess I probably need to wait till the oat or straw is half empty
@bddgaming983811 күн бұрын
You should see on the animal screen under the Food section four bars (Total Capacity, Base Food, Hay, and Root Crop). Total Capacity is the total amount of food from the Base Food, Hay, and Root Crop sections that can fit inside the Pen/Pasture. If you look at the Total Capacity bar is it full? If so, there is no more room in the Pen/Pasture to add hay and the horses would need to "eat" through enough of the other categories to be able to add the Hay. Straw is its own thing as it is only used to create manure if you have a manure pit close enough to the horse Pen/Pasture. The bar for straw can be full as it doesn't affect the rest of the Food section. I hope all this makes sense.

@bddgaming983811 күн бұрын
Hello Joel, Based on what I found selling them that early they will not be at their highest possible value but you will eventually turn a profit regardless through the iterations. I do like the idea of it though because it gets to a point where you are able to just sell the oldest batch every month rather than having to focus so heavily on the animal screen to find when they are at their high point. Hope you have a fantastic day and take care!

Well, you don’t buy pig food you give them corn and barley. That’s the pig food. You can give them canola for protein a couple of times a week and you’re completely covered.
@bddgaming983812 күн бұрын
Hello JMF Aquatics, You are correct. You can give them just Corn and Barley. I covered this in my "How To | Care for Pigs" video. The point of this video was to show how to get maximum profit and the only problem with giving them Corn and Barley is that they will not reach their maximum potential price as quickly as if you used Pig Feed. You can simulate pig feed by putting in the Corn, Barley, and Canola like you mentioned before as long as you pair it with a root crop like Sugar Beets/Potatoes. This will give them 100% production and allow them to reach their maximum potential price at the fastest rate. I hope you have a fantastic day and take care!
@jimjasutis50463 күн бұрын
@@bddgaming9838 There is a problem with mixing your own food. If you play on easy economy, you can sell the crops for more than what a bag of pig food costs. Only on hard economy does the difference between grown food and purchased bags become interesting.

Hello Remi-Marie, The hay does go in the same area as the oats. The hay can either be put in loose or in bales. Be careful when you have bales though as you only have so much room in total for the feed. You don't want to put in too much hay and not have any room for your oats or root crops. You want to use the bare hay bale. The bale wrapped in plastic isn't actually hay but rather it is silage. I hope this helps. Have a fantastic day and take care!

It is one of my favorite telehandlers to use as it has an invisible cage in the front (In the options you can make it visible upon purchasing but it is always there whether you have it active or not) This is good because you can put more weight on the front of the telehandler than most others because the weight has to be so far out over that cage to make the telehandler become unstable. Great breakdown of the costs! Just a question: When you are sourcing the feed yourself, should you not add the alternative cost of not selling the feed and instead spending it on cows? Even if it's not directly purchased it is still a cost. That would make the end result more accurate. And I do know this would make the work for this video far greater, so I understand it not being in scope.
@bddgaming983821 күн бұрын
Hello Lars, I may be misunderstanding but if I am understanding you correctly then what you pointing out would be out of scope. As I focused the video on what would be total profit to be expected if you had to purchase the maximum inputs for each of the various animals. In this case purchasing the Hay, Silage, and Straw for the cow would bring in "X" profit. There are methods that could cut out those costs such as sourcing the materials, changing the mixing ratios to maximize price per liter per bale, etc. You are correct that sourcing the material will still have a cost associated to it such as land purchase, machines, ect. Although that would be a more accurate listing by showing all those additional costs it would likely get too "into the weeds" for the video. If what I said isn't addressing the heart of your question then please let me know. I hope it does though. I hope you have a fantastic day and take care!

@bddgaming983824 күн бұрын
Hello Andre, So glad you enjoyed it. Pigs are definately worth doing in FS25 even if you buy the pig feed as it is currently only $1000 for 1000L. I think this will be adjusted in an update as this seems very low. I didn't explain it in the video but I was on Normal Economy. I don't think though that the Economy setting changes the prices in the store for goods or the sales prices of animals. I could be wrong about that though. I hope you have a fantastic day and take care!
@andrerodon392122 күн бұрын
Thanks for the reply! I asked about the economy setting because in FS 22 on the easy setting you made more money selling the crops instead of feeding them to your pigs - because the crops were worth more. If you played on hard difficulty the meat animals (and animals in general) were comparatively more profitable because their value remained the same.
@bddgaming983822 күн бұрын
No problem. That makes sense. That was another reason why I focus so heavily on purchasing items from the store to show that even if you buy the items it will get to a point of profitability. Then if the player chose to use the products then the price would only go up from there. Hope you have a fantastic day and take care!
@jimjasutis50463 күн бұрын
@@andrerodon3921 I did an experiment. On easy economy using corn, barley, canola, and sugar beets I could make pig food for $1499 per thousand liters. On normal it came to $899. On hard it was $499. I did see someone suggest that carrots might be better than sugar beets. The problem is getting the ratio just right. Until someone comes out with a mod that lets you mix by the shovel full instead of by the trailer, it is going to be hard to get it just right. I did find a mod for a pig feed mixer, but again it would only be practical on hard economy.

Do you still collect the eggs
@bddgaming983824 күн бұрын
Hello Chrissy, Yes. This video shows how to get your chickens to their maximum productivity and there are other videos that focus on the other available animals in game. Getting the animals to their maximum productivity will get the best production of their output products. In this case the chickens, they will produce eggs that can be collected for sale or used in other productions. I hope you enjoyed the video. Have a fantastic day and take care!

@@bddgaming9838 yes, it did thanks you does need internet the game does or it same way as 2015 one don't need internet to play
@bddgaming983823 күн бұрын
Hello Chrissy, I don't think you need internet to play the single player mode but if you don't have internet then you will not be able to access the mod hub to download new maps/mods as well as multiplayer gaming. I have never tried to connect to a single player game without the internet turned on though so I cannot answer this definitively but it wouldn't make sense to me that you could only play single player if you have the internet. Hope you have a fantastic day and take care!

Putting those chicken coops on that field completly destroyed it its a hill terrain and it uneven after you remove the coops will look horendous i tried putting some greenhouses on that field and was a mistake I wish they had a mod to restore field to original, i tried using the tools for modding the terrain best one to flatten will raise the lower side will create a wall or hill near the road to the right😢

Hello G G, Thankfully this is my test map so it isn't a permanent structure. One thing I highly recommend doing is before changing the landscape or adding barns/building is to disable auto save. Once you disable auto save you can make all the changes you want and if you do something you are not happy with you can just back out without saving and you will be able to load back into the map without the "bad" changes. You can reattempt however many times you like until it is looking just right for you. I am sorry to hear that you had issues placing down the greenhouse and that it didn't look right afterward. I hope you can get it to where it will at least be tolerable. Have a fantastic day and take care!

something im confused on is will the cows in the dairy barn reproduce? the fact there is no bulls now makes it confusing. or can they only breed in the breeding barns?
@bddgaming983826 күн бұрын
Hello Chris, All animals will reproduce once they reach an adult age and their health levels have reached the point they are able to reproduce. Each animal that can reproduce will have a bar to indicate when they will next reproduce. In that section it will either say puberty or reproduce. If it says puberty it means they are too young to reproduce. I hope this helps. Have a fantastic day and take care!

building not on map after update... deleted evrything and reinstalled the game still same problem any ideas?? thanks

Hello Thomas, I think there were a couple of issues found with some of the mods used and that they were removed from the modhub independently from the map itself. I think that is why if you are trying load up the map you are unable to get those models to show up. It is because they would normally install with the map but they cannot be found. I could be misremembering but I thought that is why I heard about this. I hope you have a fantastic day and take care!
