I love seeing pruning info and doing my own pruning. Do the guava fruit on new wood like the sugar apple? I heard that but feel the need to double-check myself.

Trees do love a good haircut. I will be doing mine as soon as our rains stop. Much love and blessings :)

Dan, it is January in south Florida zone 10b and I have harvested my sorrel for Christmas. But the plant is still producing but looks scant and not too healthy. Do I leave them in ground or do I remove them and plant new plants/seeds?

Also, I would like to see what we do with the greens after we grow them. Sadly I end up giving them to the rabbits bc I don't know how to cook them. Thank you for your time.

Hi Dan, just subscribed! I’m in Florida and am looking to help gardeners and develop community, does anyone need an extra set of hands?

These are my favorite peppers! It surpirses me how relatively unknown they are outside of FL. Be careful which variety you choose. Normal Datils are 150,000-350,000 SHU (on par Habanero heat level), but there are also sweet Datils that taste the same except without the heat.

Warning the leaves kind of smell like cat urine hahaha. So when you handle the plant for reporting or taking it inside, be aware that your hands may smell a bit haha. You have a lovely plant! Big up from Switzerland! Trying to get a fruit on mine here.
