Hi Anna! Hope you’re well, love how you film and edit these - it always amazes me to know they’re all shot on the iPhone! Are you still using Fujifilm to photograph your weddings? Would love to see more of your work as a fellow Fuji shooter 😍

Shot on Cinematic mode? Focus is a lot on most of the videos and ghosting in most of the images. good attempt though.

Hi Anna! Loved this, rewatching this in 2022, is this still your wedding kit? I’ve got the XT4 and I’ve been saving for a second body for a while now, I was set on getting another XT4 but now I’m wondering if it’d be better to get an XT3 and a battery grip for that awesome screen? And since I don’t really do video much at all (and if I did I’d have the XT4!). Do you think buying the XT4 as a second body is more future proofing? And do you notice much difference between the photos on th XT3 and XT4?
@kickassphotographers2 жыл бұрын
Hey! I actually switched to Sony a few weeks ago! I’ve got the A7iv - it’s fab. I love the Fuji but the Sony focus tracking is epic. I’d get two of the same body simply to not get confused between them and so it’s all the same battery type. I haven’t used an xt4 before I’m afraid!

very useful, I needed to know that difference as I have a P1 and wasn't' sure about to acquire a lume cube... now I will go for another P1 XD

It depends how valuable something is to you as to how expensive you perceive it. These were totally worth the money for us

Hey Anna, I really like your setup... I've just ordered a couple of XT3s after a few of my second shooters won me over... I'm switching from Nikon (potato). Anyway, I'm really trying to find a spider holster like yours... without the belt (so I can use a Think Tank one)... and I like the way you have a small bolt that goes directly into the camera without a silly plate... but I can't find it anywhere. WTF?
@markjgobrien3 жыл бұрын
Thanks ;-)
@kickassphotographers3 жыл бұрын
Thanks! I left nikon for fuji and never looked back! I use a think tank belt and the metal dooberies are part of the spider holster set! It's the mirrorless set, so make sure you get that one! I've had it years so just assuming they still do it the same way
@markjgobrien3 жыл бұрын
@@kickassphotographers Ahhh Anna - well I've been seeing Fuji behind Nikon's back for a bit... so I'm coming clean ;-) Actually, I'm able to sell all my Nikon gear (and there's lots of it), move to brand new Fuji... and have plenty of moolah left over for a new MacBook pro! I was tempted by the Sony A7iiiiiiiiiiiiii (whatever it is now), but the XT3 looks/feels/handles/does sexy better... it's nice and small too... looks like my old OM10 (the silver version), so yeah! Anyway, thanks for the tip - I think your version of the spider might have been discontinued - which is annoying as it's exactly the one I want. But I'll Amazon the crap out of it now! Thanks again! Oh yeah, how's that 35mm f2? I've gone for the f2 versions of the primes apart for the 56mm 1.2 (as it's the only version - and 1.2 sound wonderful)... autofocus speed is better on the newer versions, apparently.
@kickassphotographers3 жыл бұрын
@@markjgobrien oh damn, discontinued? That's a pain! It feel a bit niche for ebay/amazon but give it a shot! Or maybe photography fb groups? By the way I run a membership for photographers and everyone in there is a fuji nut - you'd love it.

Very nice video. I put a rubberband on the batteries when they are charged. That way I'm never in doubt of what batteries are charged and I can feel it with my fingers if I'm touching a charged battery or not.

Great video! Do you find the 56 too slow for action? I almost always have to switch to the 50 or 90 f/2 to keep up.

I'm only 14 minutes in but I love the bit about your cat/hair and the enquiries you get about it! I have a little bit about my random, favourite TV show genre being 'police shows'. I had a girl enquire recently who said she's obsessed with them too and because of that wanted to see about booking. I was unfortunately already booked which I was gutted about but it's just funny how little things connect you! My dog is also mentioned a lot haha.
@kickassphotographers5 жыл бұрын
Perfect! Anything unusual that connects with your ideal client will give you the edge over anyone else they're enquiring with - or many it'll mean they only enquire with you!
