Thanks for having such a calm atmosphere in this video without the need to make it extravagant or click bait-y. I find videos such as this a lot more authentic. I'll bookmark this and hop back before the end of the year to check in how the things went! I could do a small bingo for myself since I do have hunches: - Finding enjoyment in what I do - Regaining faith in my own work and abilities - Finding a mentor - Taking some actual steps (finally) towards my dreams - Facing and healing from trauma - Beginning to make a name for myself (I hesitated to write this one, but it felt like the right thing to write)

I’m so sorry you are going through that! After my own divorce from a toxic relationship I can say that coming back into your power after that and working through the pieces of how it effected you is quite a process! Pile 3: Yes, this definitely resonated! I have internalized low self-esteem and am highly sensitive to perceived rejection that is partly the result of childhood experiences. This has led me to be reliant on external sources of reassurance and an intense worry about how I am perceived by others. I'm trying to overcome this and find self-love that is not based on the opinions of others. I have to remind myself that I'm not a bad person, even if I am a bit self-absorbed because my self-loathing and fear eats away at a lot of my thoughts.
