I like to walk around barefoot and people look at me. I actually appreciate it, because it means they are curious. Even if it makes them uncomfortable, the fact that they give me their concentration for a few moments means they are considering the merit of what I'm doing. Even if they give me a 'dirty' look, I always imagine that inside their mind they admire me for doing something that brings me pleasure. I generally give them a smile which tells them: "Yes, I'm enjoying this, and I'm going to continue doing this regardless of what you think of it. You can do it too, if you want to." 🦶🏼☺🦶🏼

@@Dinu-desculţ It is 100% legal, although some people think it isn't. The problem is that people had the false belief that it was. "No shoes, no shirt, no service" was nothing more than just a discriminatory dress code that was meant to drive the hippies away from businesses upon the sign's introduction in the 1960s...

Lucky you. I didn't make it there because I was working at my summer job. In later years, though, my tax- lady told me that she was there. But I did go to a free concert to see Jeffery Airplane here in Chicago, May 1969.

🔴 GOOD ... BARE FEET ARE HAPPY FEET ~ 🦶🏻🦶🏻= ✌🏻 Humans have evolved barefoot and the feet are well-equipped to handle any problems they might encounter on the ground. Aside from accidentally stepping onto something that might be painful (e.g. a Lego) you’ll be fine. In fact, it’s much healthier to go barefoot, than to let your foot sweat inside your shoe, creating a dark, damp and warm environment, perfect for the growth of bacteria and fungi. Aside from that, your average modern shoe is too narrow for the human foot, meaning it will compress and eventually deform your foot causing all kinds of issues !

Of course Yes, dear @@rnbsteenstar . In fact “Going barefoot is the gentlest way of walking and can symbolise a way of living - being authentic, vulnerable, sensitive to our surroundings. It’s the feeling of enjoying warm sand beneath our toes, or carefully making our way over sharp rocks in the darkness. It’s a way of living that has the lightest impact, removing the barrier between us and nature".- Adele Coombs, “Barefoot Dreaming”. And life's too short to wear shoes ! - For me, being barefoot isn't just a fashion statement: It’s a lifestyle, a way to express myself !

🔴 Hi, my dear barefoot friend @ahcuah ! How are you ? I see here, below, my comment from 2014: "Dinu Desculţ 7 years ago ... For me, going barefoot is the greatest pleasure in my life !" ... when I had 12 likes. And now, I'm retired. Of course, now that I'm much freer, I'm looking to make up for the 35 years I lost as a hospital pharmacist - and when I worked 7 hours a day in white (leather) animal slippers. So I have to recover these years, walking barefoot through my city, Bucharest ... and, especially through the Carpathians mountains of my country, Romania. In this situation, I feel much younger and happier now. So I can say that life's too short to wear shoes ! 👍 I wish you all the best, with strong health and happiness, in peace and love. And in bare feet, of course ! Sincerely, Dinu 👣, barefoot hiker.

Dear Laura ~ @@rnbsteenstar, in all my life so far (63), I have not encountered this prohibition. I went to many restaurants (especially the self-service ones) and no one kicked me out. The same goes for shopping in the supermarket. In general, employers (managers) need money, but not whether those who give them money (from shopping) have shoes or not. The fashion show is elsewhere. And if someone still doesn't like it, go to another restaurant. And I will do the same. I don't like to go (to wear) shoes. I wish you all the best, with health and happiness, in quiet and peace 🕊❗ Sincerely, Dinu, from Romania + 🌹 And "Forget not that the earth delights to feel your bare feet and the winds long to play with your hair." - Kahlil Gibran 😊

Your video on Dave Canterbury 'apology' gives me insight into what appears to be his latest scam. He stands in front of a half charred house on his property and states he doesn't want help but 2 gofund me pages are instantly created, one in USA and one in the UK. The guy appears to be a sociopath. If I'm wrong, I'm wrong but I think the guy needs to be investigated. He'll be getting Insurance for the house, he'll be getting ad revenue from his online platforms, he's still working, he's got a Military pension on and on..they guy isn't needy or broke. What a joker.

The feeling of your barefeet touching Mother Earth is simply awsome!!! It's very good and healthy to be barefoot. Our feet were meant/created to be bare and that's why there are a number of sensors under our feet which connects to all parts of our body. When we walk on surface like sand, gravel and stones our entire body gets a stimulation through these sensors. This fact is scientifically proved. Go barefoot atleast regularly,if you cannot be barefoot all the time. This society is admirable!!! Take this massage to the world. It's a worthy cause. I wish u all the success !!!
