How can the water get in the french drain from so far like the other side of the garden? The elevation should not help from east, he said it goes from north to south

Keep up The great content and no rush on uploading do it for the fun of it. I have to ask, the clay soil and when it forms cracks or pulls away from foundation what is your best solution for maintaining the moisture and did the cracks in your grass from the Texas drought affect your homes foundation? Lots of people in manor mention this issue but don’t have a solid solution to the maintenance of the yard so is it inevitable?

2024 edit: The mulch volcano in this video is not something I would do again. In the weeks after the transplant, I removed most of the mulch. As of fall 2024 (last I checked) the tree is thriving at my old home, so the transplant was successful.

Hello from Texas City, TX. My mother passed away this past year and she loved sunflowers. So I have decided to try to plant some in remembrance of her. Thank you your video gave me ideas. 😊

It would be awesome if you could link to any update videos in your outro or the description - we put a pumpkin in our backyard when it started rotting in October and apparently it has sprouted new plants. Interested to see what happens to a random pumpkin plant in Texas! Thanks for sharing

The price you paid for that plant is criminal. I would have gladly given you cutting from my fig plants when I prune them back in the late winter. They are very easy to root. People that have established fig trees or bushes will share cutting with don't spend that amount on fig plants.
