It is hard to say, but some factors that may come into play may be the lack of Blocker and show through or the finishing/polishing wasn't very thorough originally and allowed the composite to pick up staining. The second can be easily fixed by using a disc to see if the discoloration is only on the surface.

@@TokuyamaAmerica may be it’s due to lack of blocker , once I remove the restoration tooth color was normal and then I had done the normal composite restoration with proper shade. Thank you for your response

You can use OMNICHROMA for all indications. However, OMNICHROMA cannot adjust shades, so we would recommend for you to use a chemically colored composite in those cases.

Here is Dr. Brown's response. "Good question…I do air abrade the lingual margin but not the entire lingual surface. Ideally the lingual margin would be a 90 degree butt joint just like porcelain veneers but when a tooth fractures often it breaks w a beveled angle towards the lingual so I just leave it as is and don’t feel like I need to drill more away. Just air abrade"

No, please do not use a denture brush because that can cause microabrasions. To maintain Sofreliner, all you need is a little soap and water and a soft towel.

It is hard to compare the two. While they are both reline materials, they are used for different indications. REBASE is our hard denture reline material while Sofreliner Tough is our soft denture reline material. Using the Sofreliner Tough Cartridge, you can reline approximately 2-3 uppers/full dentures or 3-4 lowers/partials.
