I cannot add the host that hosts the vCenter VM to the distributed switch

Hello, many thanks for your videos I really appreciate them. I have been experiencing an issue while working on this video. I have a lab where I have a domain and the VEEAM server and client are both on that domain and able to communicate as well. But while giving the path on "Backup Repository" it's refusing to detect the location and not even showing anything while "browsing". Checked everything, even without the domain server and client, but not working & couldn't understand it. I would appreciate your guidance or assistance, please.
