Oo nga po, sobrang importante talaga na maging health-conscious tayo-less sugar, salty, at fatty foods. Malaking tulong ‘yan para maiwasan ang sakit at gastos sa gamutan. Pero kahit gano’n, ang mahal pa rin ng healthcare dito sa Pilipinas kaya maraming Pilipino ang nahihirapan. Kaya kailangan natin ng mga solusyon para mas accessible ang healthcare para sa lahat. As Foreigner i did this. my journey was about self improvment, knowledge, giving myself time in solitude. practice frugality, research and study over some field and self learning few skills online and local training. btw 7am to 10am eat 35 pesos burger from 7/11 shop. 15 pesos coffee sachetts keep them at home. drink every morning. during 8 hours only drink water, electrolytes sachets , tea or coffee with no sugar. optional 15 to 30 pesos. it is Intermittent fasting 8:16 method for better health and stay younger and fit. at around 3pm to 7pm eat similar with another coffee. 50 pesos. total 100 pesos on food . I had food addiction, lost weight in the process without gym membership. body hormones and better sex and energy. Keep a hot water boiler at room or kitchen. only pay bill for electricity. no need for gas or cooking at home. mobile prepaid plan or wifi depends only. For accommodation: since i was moving between cities, no bar or drinking or girls. so I was in hostels on budget. but if stay in one place for a month or two, you can stay. as tourist i Had to pay day tours in Coron to experience nature. thats in my case. Clothes: since i was also practising minimalist way of living. so i instead throw away few clothes item. I had 2 shorts, 2 shirts. 2x indies, a soap to shower, shaving machine, charger. brush and tooth paste. 2 pair of socks. 1 shoes . in my small back pack. a note book with pen to write notes from books i listen. but i also have note app in my mobile. headphone Transport: i was more walking , as i had nothing to rush for. lose calories, seeing things around. jeeps , tricycles , bikes, .. I went to airport from cebu city over bike 70 pesos. I can afford more than that. but after having more money i realised something and learn different lesson in my life. I learn that LIFE is journey and we are travellers in this. Keep it simple, less baggage, be genuine, with too many desires( lusts, greed, food addictions, comfort, . society expectations etc) comes with problems too. so keep things simple, to have less headache and work as normal or do small business, but live within your means. you will get rich automatically as you dont spend as long you stay rich spiritually and in your way of living. This does not mean to become capitalist or greedy or miser person. it is about being free from capitalism and society , being rich spiritually. in our Asian afghan proverb we say (translation) , If even the whole world is taken away by flooding, it is still under the feets of Duck. ( The duck has nothing to worry, it will swim with feets over water and can survive with less efforts).
