Dat klopt, wat leuk om te weten waar deze vandaan komt. Ik had al een MD815 uit de zelfde periode, ik vind het prachtige instrumenten.

@@luurtieful Prachtig instrument inderdaad.

Hey. I’m about to possibly buy one of these Mandos and was wondering if you knew whether it had a radius and what tuners it has. Thanks
@luurtieful8 күн бұрын
Hello Gunnar, the newer Eastmans all have a radius fretboard and Pingwell (Schaller look-a-like) tuners and small fretwire. My mandolin is a 2006 MD815, it has a flat fretboard, I did some upgrades en put RVS(Jescar 43080SS) (banjo)fretwire on it. It also has a CA-bridge now. All new - and older ones are very nice mandolins but this one is excellent and very resonant.

I couldn't find Daylighting the Creek in the Stummachine library. Did you create it yourself?
@luurtieful7 ай бұрын
Yes, I would like to share it with you but if it's possible you can edit it the same way I did. 4/4 at 120bpm A-part: A A A A D F#m F#M A E A A A A D F#m E A B-part A F#m F#m E E D D E E F#m F#m C#m D D E E and the end part is A (each chord is a full measure so you have to double them in strummachine) Good luck!

@@luurtieful Thank you for your help. I am new to Strum Machine. This gave me the opportunity to enter a new song. I believe I got it all figured out and have entered everything in correctly. I am enjoying playing along with the tune!

Do you think the Km 606 sounds better then a Eastman 315 ,they look to be very close in the build ?
@luurtieful10 ай бұрын
I think they are very comparable. They both have a full woody sound. The KM606 has more of a Gibson like sound with a big deep low end. The MD315 has more of a modern brighter sound. The feel of both necks are very different. If you like a slimmer neck (rounded V-shape) you should choose the MD315. The Kentucky has a thicker round neck profile.

Thank you for this. KZbin allows me to slow the playback speed down and zoom in on only your left hand. Now I can play Right, Right On. 😀

I have a 950 right now I never play because it also sounds awful. This one might be a one off or maybe something in the way he’s recording, but in real life mine sounds very metallic and thin
