It seems everyone wants a fast car. Wouldn’t it make sense for those ppl to just look elsewhere for a faster car? Everything this car doesn’t have, or they’re naming should have just go get a car that has those things. I have a 2012 Impala and I’m definitely upgrading to the newer model.

It's would of been better if it was all wheel drive for that much power for a v6 why just make it a front wheel drive makes no sense. Still a nice machine but need some tweaks

I have a '14 LTZ with the red tintcoat paint. The sticker price is $39,980. Has 2850 miles on it now. This is an option-free car as it is fully tricked out. Also tested a $64K cadillac and the Impala beat it out hands down. The Impala is a Caddy with a Chevy nameplate on it. I've owned 13 Impalas since 2000 and this new model knocks it out of the park. My wife will get a new LT model next year -- has a 2011 now. The LTZ for her is overkill. Honestly, I feel 18 again when I drive it. A+ for Chevy

ok I'm back. I finally got my 2014 and it was worth the wait. the turbo is amazing and it came with every bell and whistle. beautiful car I couldn't be more happy

Engine bays have become so different in the recent years. Used to be you could see the engine and related accessories, alternator, a/c compressor, power steering pump, battery, even the distributor. Today, you're lucky to get a glimpse of the engine, let alone anything else. I guess I am old school. If I have put a bigger engine under the hood as an option, dammit, I want to see it, not a bunch of plastic covers.
