Hi, great video. How long did the journey take you to Flørli? Takk!

Sorry. I don't remember how long it took. Guessing around 4 hours, with stops on the way.

That water! Its terrifying. I am an AOW 50 dives, 2.5 years. I would love to come dive Indonesia... then i see videos like this. How dangerous are currents are faced when diving day to day?

Komodo NP is amazing, I have been diving out of Luban Baja on Flores several times, and also Nusa Lembongan outside Bali. Very good diving both places. In Komodo it is a long boat ride out to the dive sites, and a 2-3 dives is a 10-12 hour day on the sea. I love it. Nusa Lembongan have short boat rides to the sites, and you have done 2 dives and are back around midday. Both in Komodo and Nusa Lembongan you should get close to Manta Rays, and if you are luck some reef sharks, white tip is the most common. You get current on many sites, but with a good guide from you are pretty safe. I have been in currents, to strong to swim against many times, and you just have to go with it, and have a reef hook you need to anchor up to watch the the fish life in strong current. I do not remember if this video is from after a dive - I think so - in the middle of the island where we dove - it was calm - but with down current on the edge, and then it is time to turn around. If you have the time and money, you should do a liveaboard, dive - eat - sleep, repeat:-) PS: Raja Ampat is known to be amazing, but I havn't been there.

This might have been an edge case. I've dived there when I had only 9 dives logged. Its not a difficult site- you only dive in the sheltered area and your guide makes sure to keep you away from the currents

Great video. The location where you ended the video looks like a great camping spot. Where is this on the Fjord?
