My apartment in London Ontario only cost me $1620 Canadian cash. I couldn’t imagine the renting payment on a $4,580,000 apartment would that would be insane rent cost on a $4.5 million little tiny apartment. Are you out of your mind the bills for that apartment got to be insane

I hate to break the news, but no amount of money would make me wanna spend $4,580,000 screw that and another thing I don’t think two stories is a penthouse. I would think more likely 30 stories is a beginner penthouse a waste of money $4.5 million much rather have my apartment where it’s 2300 ft.². This is the same and it’s much better option than I assume it’s Toronto Ontario. Are you gonna go living in that city real quick? I could only imagine living in London Ontario enough for me.

a den is designed to be multipurpose, it doesn't have ensuite or built in wardrobe, and it's often not fully closed off or private. rooms are designed specifically to be bedrooms, so they will always have doors and some sort of wardrobe, sometimes with an ensuite.

The city view on this unit is gonna get blocked by neighboring buildings in near future. There is a reason it's cheap, nobody wants to buy a penthouse with blocked views. It is not a steal and you are an idiot for saying it is.

For $3.6M, you could buy a 2000 sqft home with a swimming pool, a couple of downtown condos for rentals, and a condo in FL or TX for winter getaways.
