@@Yes-sw8gh cheers bro. No I didn’t have one to hand I used a lighter but heat gun would be perfect. I just cut it off. It is glued on. I then sanded and cut the access off. I stuck my fox grip in hot water smeared some fairy liquid over grip and throttle once supple then slide it over. It was still pretty tough but it worked. 👌🏼 I think it looks wicked now. 😁

I am going to order all the bits like a 72v 40ah battery with a controller and motor and I was thinking would the front forks hit the bit you’re add on when its bottomed out and make you go over the bars

Can the QS motor fit a Mototec dirt bike?

@@Emergencylightingcollector42 possibly. But depends on what dirt bike size is that there are many different variations. But you probably would need to strengthen the frame as the QS Motor is pretty torquey. You can get smaller QS motors. Like the QS 90 I think it is.?

But do some research before you buy to make sure that the Motor that you will be taken out are the similar dimensions to the one that you’ll be putting in. That will give you a good idea if you could make it work. I think it would but the QS 90 it’s fairly small and powerful.

Nothing that's really worth it, is ever that easy. It might not seem like the progress you wanted, but you got a time consuming part out of the way and the rest is almost plain sailing now. When it's finished you're going to have a machine that no other stock, or modded bike can compare with. You're much closer to getting it finished now mate. It hasn't taken long at all to get where you are now considering all you've done so far in just a few weeks. Almost there mate 👍

I try to always choose above my voltage that I will use just in case I want to upgrade a battery or anything like that so that I know the controller will handle it. so I hope that helps you.?

i made that mistake with my pitbike chain. brand new but i put the link on the wrong way, chain flew off at around 60mph, whipped my leg and went over my bike, absolute carnage just from a split link.....

@@Mr.Reflex84 tut that’s not good dude hope your ok.? I had one come off before the chain wrapped round my back wheel causing it to lock up at around 55-60mph lucky I wasn’t in a corner , smashed all my gears. And rippped off casing. But I held i didn’t come off. Which was lucky.

IMO a Poor Man's Stark Varg is a Razor MX650/SX500 w/ swingarm extensions, Ride or Die Forks and The 79v "The One" kit from Electro and Co.... I should know because I have an MX650 I'm slowly upgrading. 😂⚡❤

@@Fpvfreaky - The only downside to building a poor man's Stark Varg is that how do you get as close to 80 hp as you can while using off the shelf stuff.... The only thing I know that's close is a 96v scooter w/ the QS hub motor capable of 350 amps and I think that's only 50 hp. ⚡❤️😁👍
