Back in the day, there was a Zoo on Belle Isle. The, Zoo was Part,ofthe,Detroit Zoo which is located on Woodward Avenue and West 10MileRoad in Royal Oak, a,Suburb of Detroit and is Still Open for Business. I,remember when the Detroit Zoo has Closed the Zoo on Belle Isle Permanently, Due to Budget Cuts Years Ago. And, the Zoo has been Abandoned eversince. That's all the History that I could remember about the Zoo on Belle Isle. 12:39
