This brings back such memories, but at least as much has me longing to be in spaces where this incredible magic happens, ignites every part of me being.

Saw the Dreams Project at the Atlas Theater. I think it would be best if I had read the poetry before the performance. When purchasing a ticket, I should have been told to go on line and read the poetry or to arrive at the performance 30 minutes before the event and read the poetry in my seat. It might be good to have a print version of the poetry appear on the on-stage TV monitor. MM

This is not Wilkerson's book! I had Zimbawe pen pals in the80's, and they were two faced and backstabbers begging for stuff. I was kind, but their lack of manners was horrible. I went on to help less arrogant people.

Loved seeing the company at Harlem Stage! Next stop BAM Harvey... and then The Joyce Theater in Feb! (with the premiere of "On Earth Together" set to Stevie Wonder!) :-)
