Just mailed my research team about the the transformer explainer tool, seems cool. And thank you for making the video. I was trying to find any explanation video on LLM on KZbin, and that is how I find this video... Keep up the good work...

Recruiters often don't give a shit about candidates. Just don't say shit and waste the recruiters time if it serves your benefit. Most of them are garbage and are not transparent, and will use all your information against you. Recruiters are a dime a dozen and new ones are frequently cycled through, so don't care too much about them

In 2024 this question to be asked is very strange. Who would waste time to do both? Meaning you can do only 1 and to do the best out of it

Recruiters are like.. really good at pretending they know what these words mean but making decisions that have huge ramifications for people who actually do.

If you're not reading the entire resume and are only looking for key terms, then you should only require your job seeking clients to provide you with key terms only instead of a fully written resume. It is basically a waste of time to do since you guys are not even taking the minimal amount of time to read the resume.

All it is is an ego builder. You can see the difference a person becomes after they get some letters after their name. It’s just a business.

I love the way the answer becomes so long without an answer as they have no idea. Degrees are a business. It doesn't mean you can do the job
@hardleecure10 ай бұрын
provable experience/competence is worth more than any degree. if you're going to an interview for an it job, set up a network you can remote into and screw it up on purpose with things you think the company might have a problem with. when they ask you 'how do you fix X Y Z", pull out your laptop, plug it in their projector and remote into your own stuff, fix the problem (hopefully the same or similar). too many times a place will get an interviewee to show their competence by fixing a problem they don't know how to fix themselves and then not hire you.

Degrees are for the brainwashed. Degree's mean absolutely nothing. Having a degree only shows that you're an idiot who wasted thousands of dollars.

Anyone can buy a degree. If you have enough money to throw at a college, they will sign you off. That piece of paper hanging on your wall does not make you smart.

If he's a boss telling his employees about reality, then the right will call him a genius. If he's an employee complaining that he doesn't get to do what he was hired for, the same people will call him a loser.

I mean that’s a good thing I say. Companies have shown time and time again that they don’t care for there employees. So why should a employee care for the company to not use negotiation tactics to get better pay, end of the day every company is trying hard to replace them with AI, and cheaper labor.

exactly, they do the same when negotiating deals to get the best offer but its a problem when we do it lol
