I could buy a new one online but wanted to ask you if theres a substitute stone for example a thick ceramic floor tile ? or concrete slab ?? if not suitable i will buy a new stone Thank you

I brought my woody last week, can I request a video on how to stop the dough sticking to the paddle? Flour or salamina? When and where to apply it (paddle or worksurface). How/when to put it on paddle. How to slide it off paddle? Would love to hear your tips and advice . Thank you

Add semolina when stretching to both your dough and the paddle, lay your dough on the paddle (making sure it can slide off), put your toppings of choice on, slide into the oven
