The reason why your videos are not getting views is because you don't give video tags and channel tags on your KZbin channel and your videos are not SEO so your videos are not getting views.

Your video is good but has some problems that cause your subscribers to grow and not grow your views. Your channel must be optimized and set up your channel keyword and set up your video's perfect keyword. Then your views will increase and you will get the desired subscribers.
