Hi, Thank you for step by step explanation We have one requirement in PM we have one Asset which needs to be inspected yearly by third party we have created a yearly plan for this but as user don't use SAP much of that he needs to get email notification for this that its due needs immediate attention for this.. Can you please sugges if it is possible.?

why room Id is in character data type?

Practical Case : Vendor submits an invoice for the goods they sold to us. The Purchase manager should approve/reject the invoice within 2 weeks of work item creation otherwise Vendor may not get paid in a timely manner -- in this case a latest end date is required. Employee submits a performance evaluation however the manager is not expected to complete the approval before 2 weeks, so that all managers get ample amount of time to work on their individual employee evaluations as well, in this case requested end is more beneficial.

Hi Linkin. Great video and it helped me understand the deadline monitoring process clearly. I have a unique requirement. On my user decision step I need to have exactly 2 to level of escalation. First one after 2 days and the next after 3rd day. Both escalation are required to sent as external email. The work item doesn't need to be deleted or to be made obsolete or anything like that. Do you think I should use set time on both "Latest End" and "Requested End"? If you can suggest a solution then it would be great. Thanks.
