You should absolutely get another 8 gig stick and make it dual channel. Trust me the difference is day and night, also get your laptop some honeywell ptm9750. I repasted my hp pavilion and after getting 93c max now I get 80max

Btw I found a Fix having audio not sync after rendering on adobe premiere (if you're using it to edit tho) instead you rendered it on 60 fps try rendering to 59fps or 50fps. That will fix the audio out of sync! I hope it helps <3

i think the cpu is thermal throttling. as you can see the cpu stays at 91c for the entire video. thermal throttling is where the cpu lowers its performance to keep the temperature stable. this occurs on most laptops. you can undervolt the cpu to achieve better results.

You're really doing that laptop a disservice by not having it on Dual Channel I'd say. The CPU makes good use of that extra RAM bandwidth in CP2077. I used to own this exact CPU + GPU combo in a laptop and I had a much smoother experience than you do because of that. I also undervolted and overclocked the 1650's memory and it helped quite a bit.
