Did you make the suit from templates or freehanded? If from templates, where did you get the templates for the suit from?

I wonder what other polycarbonate shapes would be easy to find, and whether you could get some that's translucent but frosted. or how easily you could frost it up yourself or use some other material inside.. because my brain is going to be thinking now about how to make shapes other than 'tube' and get some real creative lightsabers.

Ive heard variations about the cost of the Suite/s everything from - $600,000 to 1 million

Any Robocop costume does depend on the build of the wearer, that's one of the reasons they chose the VERY small framed skinny Peter Weller for the part, (& not Arnie who already had Robocop proportions- 53" chest 21" arms etc)also Pete Weller is about 5ft 10" in height.

What other Hero costumes are you interested in making? Say...the BAT MAN BEGINS costume? or how about the Terminator Endo Skeleton robot.

This is impressive, one of the better attempts at making the Robocop costume/suite often they look ...stubby & clumsy disproportionate I also like the paint job as well VERY good, all of these hero costumes are only as good as the programme files they come from small critisisms would be the bicepts are a bit off & the thigh panels are quite thick from the side view

Best I've seen! No cap, as the kids say. As much as i love making stuff over the years and ive made a few costumes from Snake eyes, Whiplash from Iron man, Deadmau5 and Daft Punk helmets. The last few years I've been Deadpool for Halloween. Always gets a lotta attn walking around Downtown on Halloween. This year after the movie My 23yr old son wanted to be Wolverine. How could i say no to his asking for help. He's very picky about being movie accurate, so i just bought him a suit off Etsy i could afford and added to it since I'm on a work schedule that isn't giving me much time to make stuff like i used to have. Also i was diagnosed with degenerative disk disease so I'm in pain alot but getting used to it. Anyway, Mr. Movie accurate is on about functioning claws now lol. Your vid is exactly what i was looking for. At 23 he doesn't do much with pop anymore. But wants to go to a Comic con next year with me as Deadpool. I want to make that happen before i get to where i can't. I'm a try to make time to make them as well as the new chest for the Deadpool costume. But will be tough with my schedule etc. How much would you charge or do you do orders? Thanks for taking time to post either way. Thats just awesome, clever, work!

FAB ! I like the servo motor, really nice touch. I managed to make Robocop entirely from EVA foam, inspired by your good self. Next I'd like to make a wearable ED209 'style' of costume with digigrade knees effect (got he idea from someone who does faun costume legs). See how it goes. So much to build, so little time ....
