Hi Juliana, thank you for the tips on becoming lucid! I am also a lucid dreamer, using some traditional methods. Using the dream journal and practicing reality checks during the day will lead me to repeat the checks in my dream which leads to the epiphany that indeed I am in a dream and I can leave any narrative of my dream behind, usually by finding a door or flying or walking into another room. This leads to my mental faculties returning like in normal life or sometimes more than normal life, like time dilation and seemingly quantum states of consciousness. I would like to try the techniques you mentioned like hypnosis and breath control. Do you experience intense transitions into becoming lucid? That transition feels so real that I sometimes move and it wakes me up. The plateau is incredibly freeing , creative, fun, and beautiful. Thank you for sharing! Sweet Dreams lol!

Surprised you didn't mention lotus flower, that's like a sure fire way to lucid dream, smoking it or a tea, works every time for me

while they are called water mixable oils: you only clean your brushes with water, otherwise mix with the medium that is designed for the oil made by that manufacturer or the winsor newton one
