This is absolutely amazing. As a vocal and woodwind musician looking to get into playing this lovely instrument, where would be the best place to start? I have no idea which online website could provide the best quality of this instrument to me in the United States. Amazing content, keep it up!

I like this man. I’m considering getting a lyre because I’m partially bedridden whilst rehabbing some injuries. It’s a years thing not a months thing so I have time. This looks like a great instrument you could play whilst lying down! I’m conflicted between the 7 string and the 16 string. I can play a little bit of guitar but I’m not a very experienced musician. Which would you recommend?

Where does one learn to play the Lyre and where does one buy a Lyre from?
@AtelierSkald2 ай бұрын
Good evening, We have been making these instruments for over 20 years and shipping them worldwide. You can request a quote for a custom-made instrument on the website of our luthier workshop: www.atelier-skald.com. You can also take advantage of a rental lyre, which will be delivered directly to your home in just a few days, or even build it yourself with the DIY assembly kits available on our second site: www.lyre-academy.com On this site, you will also find several tablature books and a method that will help you master your instrument step by step and easily learn to play traditional music from around the world. We are available if you have any questions. See you soon 😊

Beautiful song, although I believe it’s English - “A drop of Nelson’s blood/Roll the old chariot along”.
