Verwenden Sie am besten eine Rohrschelle mit Gummi (Grösse 48mm) und zwei Gewinde Nippel 1/2" ca. 60mm lang. Beste Grüsse KWC

Sprühe WD-40 und nach einer Weile kann man die Kappe mit 2 Schraubendrehern abhebeln. Im Gegensatz zum Video ist das wirklich schwere Arbeit.

This is fine , I have a KWC Luna Pullout tap , I am having a lot of trouble lifting off the Tap body to change and or lubricate the seals. The Tap began to become very hard to swivell . I have removed the pull out hose undone the screw on the tap body , taken the cartridge out ( even though it probably doesent need to come out. Any help or advice would be welcome. The Tap is about 7 years old. Is there any videos on changeing the seals on a Luna Pull out Tap?

Ich habe eine Edelstahl KWC Ono, die muss vor 2006 produziert worden sein. gilt ja die gleiche Vorgehensweise oder hat sich über die Jahre etwas geändert? Braucht man hier kein Fett beim Einbau? Warum wurde beim Abschrauben ein Spezialschlüssel genommen und beim Festziehen eine Ratsche mit Nuss?

I have a model KWC 10.261.002.127 SS which I purchased in late 2018. The cartridge is frozen in it now. Does anyone know where I can order one for this specific model, or knows of a cartridge that will work for this model? Also, what kind of small screwdriver is being used to remove the handle? Thanks!

I had the same problem...force is the only solution...a little leverage and then the top can be twisted (with difficulty) to finally get it off.

I used a 30mm socket to remove the nut, and a pair of slip joint pliers to remove the cartridge; made the job super easy -Very explanatory video.

I have a KWC Eve. This video is the one KWC sends for repair but there are a few differences. You don't use pliers to remove the cap over the cartridge. Eve's cap is threaded and needs to be unscrewed. Also the nut is not 30mm on Eve. It is larger. I don't know exact size since I used channel pliers to remove. Suggest adjustable wrench larger than 30mm.

I have this faucet (supremo in stainless) -- it's beautiful -- expensive, but beautiful. But for something you use multiple times every day, it makes no sense to go cheap. Its action feels great -- it exudes a sense of extreme quality.

I have a key eve that is about 10 years old and the faucet arm is stiff (when moving left to right). I can’t seem to remove the arm as seen in the video. Should it come off easily? Is there some procedure not seen in the video?

Bonjour, j'ai un problème avec la cartouche de mon robinet je veux donc la changer. Par contre lorsque je dévisse le manche du levier et que j'essaie de retirer le capuchon ou il est inscrit KWC, ça semble être collé car en tirant de toute mes force le capuchon en inox ne veut pas s'enlever. Auriez-vous une idée du problème et quelle serait la solution?

Salut Elyse Lemay Le problème est probablement le détergent pénétré entre le capuchon et la partie intérieure. Essayez de lever le capuchon avec beaucoup de force. Si cela ne fonctionne pas, démontez le robinet, tournez-le à 180 degrés et laissez le détartrant ou le solvant s'écouler dans le capuchon. Vous pouvez également contacter votre plombier. Unserer KWC Inox A230 (von 2009) schliesst nicht mehr 100%ig richtig und es hat immer einen grossen See am Morgen auf der Arbeitsplatte rund um die Armatur. In meinen Augen sollte es zu 95% an der Steuerpratrone L 39 liegen. Wird ein Austausch hier Abhilfe schaffen oder könnte es auch noch an etwas anderem liegen?

The KWC ZOE tap ships with this part already. It's a small plastic bag with paper folded inside but when you look closely there are two swivel stoppers. I'm after a swivel stopper that is smaller, I wonder if they stock those; will contact support now.
