does anyone else think it's kinda sad that logan never got to reveal his name on his own terms. everyone else got to reveal it when they wanted to but Patton didn't give logan that choice and just was like "btw here is his name" and didn't allow him the opportunity to build up the trust in thomas enough to reveal his name. like bruh

I never knew how thought out the characters names actually were, I always thought Thomas just randomly found names he liked and put them to each side, but they actually fit perfectly, especially Roman and remus

I like how Logan’s name was revealed first and then whoever the orange side is aka, Logan’s foil, will have his name revealed last. I find that to be pretty interesting.

Romulus didn’t kill Remus so he could rule the city of Rome, he killed him because he thought they should build the city on one hill that was better for defense, and Remus thought they should build it on another for trade reasons. There’s a great Historia Civilis video on it

Roman's name is also a reference to the Roman empire, created by two brothers, Romulus, and Remus. With Remus being Roman's twin it's a pretty cool parallel as Romulus killed Remus to take control of the Roman empire, and Roman took control of Thomas's creativity and imagination, or at least the good side of it.

I know I’m EXTREMELY late, bot something I noticed is that all the good side end in “an” or “on” while the bad sides No is “us,” but Virgil don’t hens in either cause he’s somewhere in the middle. Idk if that really means anything, but it something to point out.

I really like Janus's name reveal, for a lot of reasons. First off, we know him as a liar, but you can see that it doesn't pain him to be honest. He just feels a little uncomfortable with it. Next, Patton smiles at him when he reveals it. He's proud of anyone for being able to come out and say that, even though he caused so much trouble. And Roman trying to break the tension by laughing at it. That part is interesting because he seemed shocked by the reveal, but probably went for the insult to make it clear he was in power. Janus also snaps back at him and tells him that if Remus had no mustache, he wouldn't know who the "evil twin" was. This isn't actually a dig at him, since Janus is trying to be better or at least show that he can. Snakes are actually colorblind, so he's actually being honest. Also, fun fact: thanks to the bloopers, we know Thomas didn't want to take the glove off by the middle finger because he didn't want to offend the audience, then proceeded to use that as his final take.
