Oh so pretty! I'm watching this for class and was pleasantly surprised because I love studying the ocean! I have spent hours reading about it! It's more than just a body of water... It's a life source.

ps How about they produce--in addition to this wonderful film--exact coordinates for ALL OF US, SO WE CAN KNOW FOR SURE WHERE THE BORDER LINES ARE OF THE MPA'S? NOPE

All this great info--EXCEPT exactly where they are. Your problem--the Fed website HAS THE NERVE to say "you have probably been in one and did not even know it". Nice, so when you wander IN and get a very high Federal fine--your problem. Maybe? the idea is to get you so scared--you stay off any beach that is anywhere near one. Think I'm kidding. Go to the Dog Beach in Huntington Beach, then walk the beach north towards Bolsa--but watch out, go too far and bingo--you are in big trouble, and NO, the sign that announces this is NOT on the beach--it is up on the bluffs. You know NOW if you are reading this--but don't count on these wonderful people to tell you jack--just punish you if you don't know where to finD a sign. They even tell you, "it is up to you" to know where they are. Ok, fine--how do you find out? GOOD LUCK, CAUSE THEIR MAPS ONLY SHOW YOU THE GENERAL AREA

If Ecotourism dies, the fishing will have to return to harvest these Whale Sharks. If fishing can't return there will be an abundance of Mexicans without a way to feed families. Without a way for them to feed families, many could easily turn to drug runners and harvesters. Ahhhhh the big picture..

This is amazing footage. Thanks for posting! The whale sharks are beautiful, so are the flamingos. They actually seem to display their own natural fashion show with the rose of the flamingos and the polka dots of the sharks. I've been in the water with lots of sharks, but never with whale sharks and I never knew they were so beautiful and graceful. They are amazing. I love the footage of the diver with shark. and good for the Mexican Government. Thanks for this.
