It is not. It is all determined by the results from the basement feasibility assessment.

The reason is that inspection sometimes required for DIY level project. It is redicilous to collect papers, and wait to 3 months approval from city to exchange carpet to vinyl floor in somebody's bedroom.

The city does not need to be contacted from something like changing out flooring materials. The content of this video though, is referring to inspection on new home prior to the homeowner taking possession.

Thank you for the comment/questions. It is about 5.5 miles to downtown Lewes, about 6 miles to the Lewes Beach. Add a little over a mile to the Cape Henlopen State Park. Cardinal Grove is a little over 8.5 miles to the Rehoboth Beach boardwalk. So happy to hear you are enjoying our videos. Don't hesitate to reach out with any questions. Don’t get me wrong - the Schell homes are lovely. I never see any without an open 2nd floor gallery.

That previous comment was incorrect. Pond are used for rain water run off, not sewer. So, The name is still accurate.

Thanks for the comment Matthew. This community is located between Lewes and Rehoboth, so with that convenience comes being located closer to Coastal Highway. Also, this style community does have the home placed closer together than other communities. Just a different style, so all depends on what the buyer is looking for. Love you tours!keep up the great work. Beautiful tree lined community & large homes..just don't understand no sidewalks in terms of safety..not even one side.To go outside & wheel a baby carriage for example, you have to go in street.That to me is dealbreaker..I personally love walking all hours of day & jogging in morning.(thats just me everyone has own wants & needs.
