Re the codes on the signal. "FE" is the controlling signal box, e.g. Ferrybridge, the number is an identifying number, and "BR" means a it's banner repeater - a particular type of signal that gives advance warning of a signal ahead that may have visibility issues. Banner repeaters show a -- if the related signal is red, and \ if it is anything else
