Same as yours, mine doesn’t work either. I contacted the company and they refused to reimburse me or send a replacement. Very upset with their false advertising and not wanting to assist a dissatisfied customer.

Put the arrow in the middle over the switch and click the switch to time and hold it will be work

Someone suggested a magnet McGuyver use on the BlendJet. Pass a magnet, (I used a larger fridge door magnet) around the blend switch for 5-10 seconds and the baby works again. Now i can drink smoothies. Now i can be happy.😊

I bought two. Too difficult to get them to work POS don’t buy these. They went into the recycle can!

mine had 2 bad batteries in it so pissed 50 bucks down the drain and i only used it 10 times

If your blenderjet is confirmed as broken prematurely the make sure to report to BBB. You'd paid $50 on this. You shouldn't get Chinese junks that breaks right away.

The arrow is to suppose match up with the blender then it would suppose to operate right or something else perhaps charging?

Hi All, i have discovered it is the container which is twisting too tight or too loose., then it won't mix. Also the charger female connection is breaking down too quickly for the amount of times we have used ours. This failing is poor beyond the price we pay.

you need the cover for the mechanism to work. it is a security.

Twist it passed the arrow , I had this same issue couldn’t figure out why it wasn’t work had it lined up right . Something told me to twist it past the line up mark an it worked

This happen to me they gave me a replacement sometimes it just goes bad.

Spin your blades. I forced to spin my blade and plugged it again it works. It just happens that my blade stucked.

*solved it* released there was a third gasket for the base and it still didn’t work but then someone on the comment thread said that it may be missing it’s magnet and I found it and now it works!* I don’t know why but my blender 1 arrows won’t align anymore. The blender arrows were aligned before because I was cleaning it. I then disassembled it to get a deep clean on the gaskets and lids and bottle. But now my arrows won’t allow. The arrow on the clear part tightens past the arrow on the base and I keep getting blinking blue and red lights. Any help on this would be appreciated! Also, it is fully charged and no water damage! *new information* all gaskets are on correctly. Bottle it tighten. Someone said the blender won’t blend without liquid so I added water and noticed that it was leaking! Need help!

We’ve been bamboozled by the makers of Blendjet 2. It doesn’t work and I am pissed off!

I have a flashing red and purple light which the manual says is the battery is dead. However when I plug it in I have a solid blue light which the manual says means fully charged. I have the arrows lined up and it still will not turn on. This is out of the box. I still haven’t blended anything with it yet.

In my case I turned the blades myself. The blade was stiff and couldn't turn. It works now.

I HAD THIS PROBLEM. THERE IS AN OBLING MAGNET THAT SITS ABOVE THE ARROWS IN THE CLEAR CYLINDER. MINE FELL OUT - I FOUND IT ATTACHED TO A FORK

It seems we need to take a college course to understand how this blender works!!

It's happen with my Blend Jet 2, I changed the wire USB-C port and it's work again now. :)

I had the same problem when you wash the blendjet in a high pressure tap, water gets in through a tiny hole below the blend jet and ruins the battery. you have to replace the battery
