Sorry My friend only you must have dongle key or Software to programed. this is the problem for this simplex fire alarm. that's way my company not recommend this simplex to the new costumer is not friendly user.

Sir tangalin mo Yung loop wire nya tapos restart mo Yung panel tignan mo Kung mawawala Yung abnormal Ng loop 4. Kapag nawala ibig sabihin mayron problems ang loop wire mo.

Gandang tanghali po sir kabayan nai try ko po yung sinabi nyo sa akin na tanggalin ko yung loop niya At saka ko irestart..after 1 min.ang nakaindicate ay chanel failure pero yung abnormal ay nanduon pa rin .sa kalkulasyon po ninyo posible po bang may problema ang bay 4 or card 4? Sir kung may time ka po ulit.. sana po pakisagot nyo po ulit kabayan..

tangalin yung loop wire na gusto mo disable tapos mayroon hard reset yung simplex panel Hindi na nya ma recognize yung loop na tinangal mo. Sana makatulong gabayan Thanks.
