There are many reasons kids might feel stressed, academic pressure, peer pressure, social pressure, social media pressure, body image issues etc, etc.. These unhealthy habits will fuel those stress more.. Hope you got my point

@@lakaomura2263 Even Small children face stress due to separation anxiety, changes in routine, stranger anxiety, parental conflict, overstimulation, difficulty expressing emotions, learning new skills, fear of the unknown, peer relationships, and parental expectations.
let me tell you mine.. I was a Perfectionist in almost every area of my life. But after becoming a mother i realised it's okay not to be perfect. I started seeing perfection in all imperfections as well.
