Hi! I was wondering specifically what brand of all purpose flour you used? I'm in the USA and unsure if I can get the same brand as you're using, but I figured I could at least do an ingredient comparison :)

Hello thanks for your question. I used an all purpose blend (Australia) it’s called “Free From Gluten Plain Flour” if you do a search on it this brand is specific to a supermarket in Australia called “Woolworths”. I hope this helps :) enjoy the pastizzi!

Place the potatoes over the chops. Drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper. Bake uncovered. The potatoes will be nicely browned and crispy. You can also make with beef or chicken.

Hello, it’s just gluten free all purpose flour. Plain not self raising. Just straight off the shelf at the local supermarket :)
