There is no doubt about it that DHA Quetta is the biggest flop project in history of DHA. I deeply regret investing in this project. And whoever is saying that it will progress is living in a dream.The file is less than 30lac at the moment and still going down.Who knows it go to 20 lac as well.I wish and pray for all.the effectes of this project that they get their hard earned money back

Such things are done in Dubai or, for that matter, UK, USA, or other places where one can mortgage for such a long time because banks get involved in such projects. In Pakistan, banks do not finance such projects, that's why the payment plan of 10 or 15 or 20 years can not be offered.

I could have made a video but thats not my core job or profession. So thats why i prefer to stay out of it. Offcourse i have products in DHA Quettta as well as other DHAs otherwise why would i need to comment here. Which other DHA has fallen so bad? isnt DHA Q an investor grave? Regarding being sarcastic i assume every professional should have the courage to take the criticism.

@talatmehmood636 It's great that you have products at Quetta as well as at other DHAs. Did you know that DHA would be a graveyard for investors? I hope you understand! There is a hairline difference between positive criticism & negative sarcasm. As far as the fact that no other DHA has declined as much as Quetta, please keep in mind that DHA Quetta is / was the newest of all. Had you not seen any potential, you wouldn't have invested in it. I still believe that it is just a matter of time and patience.

Not a single penny increase. And its management is least interested to win investor confidence.Just selling land and doing nothing.
