Estou super decepcionada com o suporte do programa. Infelizmente a empresa Clo abriu um escritório no Brasil aparentemente só para vender mais licenças, mas o suporte aos novos usuários ficou a desejar. O software é muito incrível, mas se depender da comunicação para resolver algum problema é necessário esperar muito e sem a certeza de resolução. Fiz meu teste grátis de 30 dias e agora paguei a licença, mas infelizmente não consigo de forma alguma usar o software. Tenho a impressão que há algum conflito de conta, pois existe um id com meu email que consta apenas a licença expirada e em outro local do dashboard está o meu comprovante de pagamento, mas parece que uma coisa não tem a ver com a outra. Que decepção. Preciso de suporte urgente pois estou perdendo trabalhos.

hey can you please make a video or explain how to make a garment WHITE or LIGHT desired colors. clothing 6.1 the garment starts grey on the front and black on the back panel. I have it checked on the fabric in the object browser the fabric I want to change colors, and in both 2d and 3d window highlighted, the colors are changing but only a dark colors from the grey it started, I have turned the desatration (ON) and does nothing, nothing is changing, I can't get to no light colors or Evan the color white it just stays grey or whatever dark color I choose. can you please help? thank you

It let us play too with the whole thing finished to understand it. I would subscribe to the channel and watch every new video just to download their project files and play with them. And I'm sure there are more people like me, that would kill and hunt for your videos just to download free stuff. We all love free stuff.

I was going literally crazy because when doing the layers thing my clothes were going crazy (twitching as if they were being under a extreme dry washing machine or something....) and already spent multiple days trying to figure out this, then came to this video and the solution was made in literally a couple minutes

How easily can you add internal pockets, gussets, or reinforced bottoms and sides(stiffeners)? Or is there a better program for that?
