Whenever someone tailgates me I just assume they’re stupid. Extra wear and tear on your car just to drive in a way which is objectively more dangerous.

Here's the question I have for tailgaters. If you're willing to drive like an idiot and tailgate somebody illegally, what's stopping you from just driving over the yellow line and passing? Because it's illegal? Well what you're doing now is also illegal. But you're going to act like you're still some kind of law abiding citizen by not crossing the line? I'll never understand that. There's literally an entire lane of concrete that you could drive on and pass. But you're scared of a millimeter high painted yellow line, so you just keep breaking the law riding somebody's ass. The logic, it's flawless. Really.

The van driver is so screwed now that 2 fop cars caught up to him. Add felony eluding the police to the list of charges. If the cops decide to do field sobriety and BAC and this driver blows a .08 or more add DUI to the pile of charges. Vandalism, shoplifting, etc. The vam driver could rack up some prison time for a minor problem!! Remember, a nightstick a day keeps the bad guys at bay!!😢😮😅

A couple of things bother me about this. The camera guy has no trouble turning the camera to record the confrontation but didn't record the supposed egging. Nor did he see the hoodie guy steal eggs. So, that's all a bit sketchy. Nor did I see evidence of the minivan hitting the truck. I think the hoodie guy is a jerk for a couple of reasons: I really don't like it when people tie things up a bit by backing into parking spaces and it's harder to see what you're doing so is more likely to result in hitting the other cars. Sure it's easier to leave but it think it causes more problems than it solves. Also, he's a jerk for not just admitting that the extra maneuver opens the door to someone stealing your intended space. He should have just moved on to another parking space. But the camera guy is a jerk too since he goes through all of this time and effort just to get hoodie guy busted. Why? It's just not that big of a deal. Camera guy is acting like it was the crime of the century. Two eggs wash off easily. Did anyone notice that hoodie guy is black? Think that might have had something to do with it? Just sayin' ! Then camera guy chases hoodie guy around town for a while. Camera guy must be a frustrated detective. Geesh! Get a life, Dick Tracey!
