@@lightspam7009 There is a variant without fans, which is more common, but the fan variant can be found in a few places for almost the same price as the fanless version (in Hungary), so I'd recommend not to give up the search.

"high budget" that is so under speced. B550 means you aint getting DDR5 Ram, also that mobo has PCIe 3.0 not 4.0 so your gpu (also outdated) wont perform to its best (a RTX 20 series, really?) With an AM4 chipset you are looking at 4-8 gen old CPU. You say in the description that its a 4070 Ti Super but those are all 3 fan and yours is a 2 fan. Also the "Ryzen 7700" isn't comparable with a B550 as 7700 is AM5 your mobo is AM4.

@@Alekkiy unfortunately i didn't upload any video with it's org sound while it's power on.this thing makes nose specially the GPU fans because those are aftermarket (high rmps fans with 3D printed bracket)

These fans have molex connector which directly connects to the PSU
