🍯 Recipe: 1 ½ cups honey 1 teaspoon cinnamon ½ teaspoon orange blossom water Using a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, whip the honey on high speed for about 5 minutes. Add the cinnamon and orange blossom water, if using, and whip to combine. When done, the whipped honey will have increased in volume and turned pale in color. It will have a creamy yet airy texture. Store whipped honey in an airtight container or glass jar. Use for sweetening yogurt, spreading on toast (pancakes, cornbread, and biscuits would also be amazing!), and as a dip for fruit.
