I'm leaving over developed and populated Broward county Florida for the Greenville metro area. I love the scenery around Greenville and the fact that it hasn't been ruined for the enjoyment of the people. Parts of Florida are now concrete jungles, not fit for human habitation.

I can just imagine what this looks like during the fall !!

Any Senior apartments?

I'm an older man I took a walk down main Street because I was tired I stopped and talked to this pretty girl sitting on the park bench as an old man the young girl was quite enchanted that somebody wanted to talk to her she was lonely because her husband was in the bar with his buddies getting drunk ... so he came out saw this old man talking to his wife immediately went violent horrifically violent and decided he wanted to kick this old man beat him up be violent on him his buddies pull them off what is it with these redneck BMW employees they ignore their wives and that an old man virtually says hello with no ambitious agenda so if you walk down main Street in Greenville don't say hi to anybody don't talk to anybody don't look at anybody the wrong way because these uneducated redneck types will threaten your life and well-being

HOA can also issue fines for any infraction of their standards which may be tedious and nit picky (such as wrong shade of paint on your door, trees not being tree shaped), these fines may be extremely steep as they are set by the HOA. Also if fines aren't paid the HOA can then foreclose on your house. So an aggressive HOA can legally fine you out of thousands of dollars to bolster their own coffers (especially if someone on the board doesn't like you) and can potentially take your house.

The neighborhood is perfect for kids with all the cul-de-sacs and close to Paris Elementary School. Which is one of the BEST elementary schools in Greenville County.
