Do you by chance know what pressure your machine is running at, as well as what type of media you used? Really looking to do this, I had an efflorescence job that chemical didn’t completely take care of, so I’d like to wet blast what’s left. Thank you so much for your help.

Thanks for posting. I’d only add to carefully inspect all safety equipment before each use. You never know what May have gotten bent, torn, cut, burned, run over etc since the last use. Listen to that voice in your head, if it says “I probably should replace this” then f-ing spend the few bucks that can keep you breaking your neck and replace it

generally speaking that's excellent advice as a fresh seal coat could be damaged with the force of a surface cleaner. Please don't take think our KZbin Content is in any way a comprehensive suggestion for how you can become successful in this business. Most of this is for internal sales purposes to use for educating customers on a case by case basis. How do you price cleaning concrete? Do you charge a $ amount per foot? Also what do you blast with for media and psi? Thank you for the knowledge very curious
@kcpowercleaninc
@kcpowercleaninc 3 жыл бұрын
it really depends on the size, frequency, and condition of the concrete job. most pressure washing jobs range from $.02/sq ft up to $.50/sq ft most sandblasting jobs range from $1.50 sq ft up to 12.00 sq ft depending on many other factors are you just starting out? If so, i really recommend getting some legitimate coaching to help learn how to job cost, develop sku's and processes etc. it will pay off 100x over the next few years. Not trying to be rude or disrespectful but if this is an example of your market research & business planning, it's highly inadequate.
@GMPC
@GMPC 3 жыл бұрын
@@kcpowercleaninc it's not rude and yes just starting out. I've talked to few ppl on KZbin. Called a few blast companies and they were great with info. I need to start somewhere and instead of shooting from the him I pick ppl brains just to wrap my head around it. Your totally right very inadequate but there are no blasters around where I live and I know some blasters from other states I talk to everywhere is different. But little things with you telling me pressure washing $.2 to $.50 helps me out a lot. It gives me a range and over time I'll hone it in. Now I won't go and charge $2 per foot because you helped me with a range. I'm definitely over my head but I have to start somewhere and I really appreciate you taking the time to give me some ranges on prices. 🙏
