Not a single one of these throws is kosoto-gake. This highlight reel is a mix of ura-nage after cutting around the corner and nidan kosoto-gari.

most of these have been sasae tsuri komi ashi not hiza guruma - easiest way to distinguish is to look at the pivot foot placement (ankle - sasae, knee - hiza)

The foot hook is the takedown, people are arching to assure the throw gets height and drops the other person on their back. This might be your confusion
