Nice track! Hey I have a question regarding DeltaCep. I enter a sequence from midi keyboard but when I then go to transpose, whatever key sequence starts with is moved to C key. How did that happen? If I start seq with a key I want that yo be starting key for transpose too. How?

This is wonderful! I actually just bought a Delta CEP A2 + EFFEXX RT1701 and placed them in an Intellijel 4U 104HP skiff. For such an amazing semi-modular, that fact that it is skiffable is amazing. It is now the centerpiece of my setup and the fact that it has patch recall and a midi interface is so good. It's really a gem and the sound possibilities are so musical as this track shows. My origins with your works came from the Spectralis 1 which was ahead of it's time but modular possibilities and workflow were more interesting to me at the time and Spectralis was more difficult for me to digest. It sure was a beautiful music box though. The Delta CEP + the other modules is the best of both worlds. Sincerely bar|none.

Hallo Jörg Ich habe ein kleines Problem. Snapshot speichern und morphen habe ich mittlerweile geschnallt. Wenn ich aber dann in diesem richtig gutem morph Menü rumschraube sind alle anderen Parameter Tod , Filter etc. Was mache ich falsch ? Vielleicht bekommen wir ja noch ein kleines Tutorial von dir dazu 😎 VG Björn

Hallo Björn, der Delta CEP A läßt während des Morphens keine Klangänderungen mehr zu. Das ist zwar tragisch - wenn man sich ein paar Gedanken dazu macht, wird einem aber schnell klar, warum das so ist. Spätestens wenn man eine solche Änderung speichern möchte wird es problematisch, weil Delta nicht wissen kann, welche Änderungen bei welchem Snapshot gespeichert werden sollen. Deswegen lassen sich einzelne Snapshots gezielt auswählen, editieren und speichern - aber nicht alle gleichzeitig. Im übrigen ist das Morphing aller Parameter eine hochkomplexe Angelegenheit. Ein gleichzeitiges zusätzliches Multiplizieren mit den sich ändernden Reglerwerten wäre zu viel des guten. Immerhin müsste das ja für jeden Snapshot erfolgen. Alle regelbaren Parameter (inclusive Shift mehr als 40) müssten dann für 8 Snapshots zusätzlich zum Morphing Prozess mit den Parameterwerten multipliziert werden. Selbst wenn er das schaffen würde, wären die Ergebnisse sicherlich unbefriedigend. Editierung per Werte-Abholung wäre nicht möglich, weil es ja acht Snapshots und damit 8 verschiedene Werte gibt. Als Ergebnis hätte man unweigerlich Wertesprünge statt sanfter Überblendungen. Darum: Möchte man selbst schrauben, verzichtet man aufs Morphing.

You just can't beat the Sapphire Asymmetric EQ. The dual sweeping mids on this unit are priceless tools for achieving very clean, rich, natural sounding vocals and good separation between instruments allowing you to seat them in the mix for a very polished and professional sound for a live band.
